As you may have heard, I have set a goal of brewing one batch in each of the 28 BJCP catagories in 2008. It's a tough job, but sombody has to do it.
As of Febrewary 2008 this is what I have going:
An agave mead, with only a couple of bottles left.
1/2 Keg of barleywine sitting in the garage ready to drink.
A whole bunch of mead in bottles, conditioning
A bit of imperial stout in bottles
1 gallon of blueberry wine (recently bottled)
1 gallon of blueberry pomegranite wine (recently bottled)
1 gallon of pomegranite mead (recently bottled)
1 gallon of strawberry mead (recently bottled)
A 12 pound bucket of agave nectar that needs to be made into more mead.
A 60 pound bucket of wildflower honey that needs to be made into mead.
3 pounds of North Carolina sourwood honey for mead
3 pounds of North Carolina locust honey for mead.
The 2008 brewing project progress:
In January, an oatmeal stout and an amber ale
In February, a Munich Hellas
Next up will be a Munich Dunkel and possibly an IPA
